What is a Post Hole Digger?

The digger uses a helical auger bit that rotates and lifts loose soil out of the hole.

It mounts on the tractor's three-point linkage and takes power from the PTO shaft.

Compared with manual digging, it needs far less time and labour for the same number of holes.
